This policy explains what Kea collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain.

Your voice stays on your Mac

Kea transcribes your speech on your own device with a local model. Your audio is turned into text on the fly and then discarded. We do not record, store, or upload your voice, and there is no history file of what you say.

What we collect

When you buy a license, our payment provider processes your purchase and gives us the email address tied to that order so we can send your license key and receipts. The app itself does not send your dictated text anywhere.

How we use it

Your purchase email is used to deliver your license, send receipts, and answer support questions. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by a trusted payment provider. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your purchase record at any time. Email hello.naptimern@gmail.com and we will remove it.
